I bought myself an adorable water bottle from Starbucks that I use every day. Then I just drink it. I also don't drink anything but water... all day. Its 24 oz and I fill it up in the morning, then 3 times at work, 2 times at the gym, and once before bed. That's 168 oz per day (average, sometimes its only 2 times at work…

I have Celiac so my diet is pretty regulated. Its not like I'm picky, I physically cannot eat it. I went on a date with a guy, told him I was gluten free (I'm always up front about that) and he took me to a pizza place. I thought maybe they had gluten free dough and he was being thoughtful? No... There was literally…

^He's probably right about already being committed!! I met a guy, dated for a few months, thought it was getting serious then he disappeared and NOTHING. He WAS married. I called to see what had happened and she answered. Her response to him, "Seriously, another one." That was when I stepped away from online dating for…

Ahhh! Finally two people who understand my struggles  I'm 26, 6' female, CW - 195, GW - 150 (I started at 208) I used to weigh 154 so I know I can get there! What kind of workouts do you guys do?

http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/poo-poo-point I am in Spokane this weekend for a volleyball tournament. Are people free next weekend? I'm open to Saturday or Sunday! I'm going to drag my friend with me who did this hike a few weeks ago
-
Definitely! @aam117 @alyssagilbert @jneen29 You guys interested in a hike?

I work during the week at the hospital so those days won't work for me unless its after 5/6 pm. Weekends work for me, Saturdays or Sundays. Also, I have university holidays off which is nice! :)

I would be interested in this! I'll be in Spokane this weekend for a volleyball tournament but will be in town most of April.

I have Celiac and can't eat gluten but when I get stressed I crave gluten. Not carbs, or bread, specifically gluten/wheat. If I'm super stressed I will eat a bagel and cream cheese (my former comfort food) and then be in pain for days. Despite all of that, it is totally worth it. I feel so much "better" after. I tried…

I have a new obsession with running/hiking when its misty out. Not raining but the mist is nice. If you hike up high enough and get above the cloud cover its absolutely beautiful

I would really like to hike 'old' Mt. Si - http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/mount-si-old-trail - if anyone is interested. Maybe later this month?

Hiking! Yes! I lived in Seattle most of my life and haven't done that much hiking. Most of the hiking I've done is easy, flat, or paved and I'd like to start really seeing my state. I would love to go hiking with a fun group now that the weather is getting more beautiful!

My training is going well! I've cut my average pace by 00:44 secs/mile, am up to running 10 miles during my long weekend run, and just finished my first 15K last weekend. I'm really proud of my running improvements but if this weight would just start falling off that would be an added bonus.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem. I'm training for my first half marathon (run 4 days per week), do weight training 3 days per week, yoga 2 times per week, and am tracking my diet in MFP. I also have Celiac so am first to each gluten free. I lost 14 pounds in 2 months and now it has plateaued. Last time I…

Are you part of a gym? I am 26 and although I live in Lake City I work at UW

Just throwing it out there, but this may be attentional bias. That is the tendency of our perception to be affected by our own recurring thoughts. In other words, your perception of other people in the gym (not making eye contact, being rude, avoiding you), may be distorted or affected by your preexisting belief that they…

I live and work in Seattle! Its nice having people online but would love to meet up with people to go run Greenlake, find good (healthy) places to eat, and maybe check out some new workout classes around town.

Story of my life! Drinking whiskey coke makes me want Taco Bell at 1 am... whoops

Hey! I'm 5'11.5" and currently weigh 196 but am hoping to drop 45 pounds! I bet we could hold each accountable to workouts, eating, and overall motivation

People literally gasp when I tell them how much I weigh... At first it upset me. Why does the scale say so much? But now I know better. I have an athletic build which I love; strong thighs, big butt, I am a volleyball player! I also know how to dress for my body and size. I don't wear things that show off my areas of…

During the big FitBit recall, I was one of the people who had a horrible reaction on my wrist! It was so sad too because I loved my Force. I returned it and bought the One instead (it clips to your clothes). I wear it under my shirt, clipped to the middle of my bra and it is perfect! It does all the same things the Force…
