With me hips and thighs are the last to sacrifice their fat, finally after 1 year I've lost 1.5 inches off my hips. It'll happen if you stick with it.

I have this all the time, sooo good. Haven't had a bread based pizza in about 5-6 months as this is cheap, quick and easy to make from scratch. Plus if I make extra bases they freeze well.

Also not undertaking what you're doing is a big one; I've been losing weight since January mainly via cardio and diet, however results were much slower and less visible than anticipated. 3 weeks ago I got a personal trainer and she's adjusted everything ever so slightly - same calorie deficit but different macros, same…

I gave up pizza. Instead I learned to make cauliflower crust pizza which I love (it's cauliflower cheese? and then more cheese and toppings...) so I'm not feeling any sort of loss

It'll take time to be more aware of how many calories/fat/carbs etc are in your everyday foods. Don't worry about it, just use the data to make adjustments to your favourite recipes, learn which things you can only have on cheat days etc. The main thing is if you stick with it, it will generate results. It takes patience…

My go-to is brown rice, grilled/poached meat or fish, some broccoli and a quick glaze made from water, soy sauce and honey. I normally just have it cooking in the background while I make dinner in the evenings as there's no fancy chopping/mixing needed

I have a Flex and it is amazing, really helps me understand how much activity I need per day and the impact it has. Mine came with two different size straps, the small is quite short

I'm 5'2" and 174 at the moment. I'm aiming for between 130 and 140 depending on how I feel when I get there. Even when I weighed 105 I had very wide hips, broad shoulders and a bigger chest so anything less than 120 has never looked or felt healthy on my frame

I got an introductory outfit from them and the quality and range are actually pretty good. I don't need a work out outfit every month but I just skip most months. I just wish they'd do sports bras that are more than "light" support!

If your specialist okays it pilates might be a good one. Hypermobility has really damaged the facet joints in my back so I can't physically lay flat but there are loads of exercises that dont need you to lie back and really help build up core strength

Sounds like it's harder because you're pushing yourself harder :) I have a similar problem as I never want a less productive workout than the previous day

I never look at my BMI- because I'm very short it currently says I'm clinically obese at a BMI of 32 (I'm a UK size 12-14/US 8-10) so the doc says its nonsense; even at my skinniest (UK size 8 which i think is US 4) it showed me at overweight as i have broad hips, shoulders and a big chest at any weight. It's more…

Same here, I'm 26 and sit at a computer most days at work. My fiancee eats absolute junk too so it's a nightmare at weekends trying to eat anything with real nutritional value!

Congratulations on making a start :) I'm just starting out too and though it's too early to see any weight loss I feel much better physically and am much more alert mentally. What I've found really handy instead of cutting things out is accurately logging my food to tweak my meals- for example my no1 meal to cook is sesame…
