I used to attend a gym that always got hit hard in January. Things were back to normal by the second or third week of January.

I get a lot of odd cravings about two hours after dinner. I associate them with a sugar addiction. In some cases, if I don't have anything sweet to eat, I end up eating a lot of other things that don't satisfy me. I found that drinking some tea (unsweetened) satisfies me enough to not keep opening the cupboards.

There is nothing worse than someone that says "I do support you..." over and over while contradicting it with their actions. In any case, I recommend defining exactly what it means to give support. And if being specific about what it means to be supportive doesn't help, start yelling. That's what I do. That doesn't work…

When you say "carbohydrates", are you talking about sugars or just all carbohydrates in general? I don't find that eating a lot of carbohydrates interferes with my fitness goals. If anything, they help give me the energy to achieve them.

I've had a bad right knee for years and I haven't figured out why it will sometimes go months without hurting then all of a sudden the pain is excruciating for awhile. I know I can't stay seated for very long without it hurting. I guess I just have to keep moving! Though that sometimes makes it hurt the next day.

My dad and my brother used to have those (maybe they still do). Growing up, we always called them "fatty lumps". My dad actually had some of them removed surgically. Neither of them were ever obese so I guess it is just a genetic thing though I never get them.

I'm probably going to want to show off my arms when they get bigger but I can't picture myself in a tank top. I'm the insecure type anyway so I'd probably just assume everyone is laughing at me in their heads.
