  • I am fundamentally opposed to diets. They are dangerous and they take something you enjoy away from you. They fail because of this. There's also very little true science that backs them up, in fact when real science is applied to them they often fall apart. Nope, I'd much rather exercise that pizza off than not have pizza…
  • What are you actually trying to lose? Is it weight from fat or just normal weight? If normal weight why? Just curious.
  • I get where you're coming from here. It makes sense. You couldn't use "waist reduction" because for women it mostly starts on the hips and "hip reduction" sounds painful. Body sculpting brings to mind body building and most people whop want to start being healthy aren't even aiming for that.
  • Cold showers. Many people pass it off because it's uncomfortable but it has many real benefits. There's a reason that athletes and other intense sports stars use ice baths after games etc. My wife had a real bad headache once and we alternated between hot and cold shower on her neck and within a minute it was all gone and…
  • Do they have a website? Technology allows you to get stuff without leaving your house. Just make up for it over summer. ;-)
