Today's beautiful behavior: pretty food with big nutritional values. Fresh fresh fresh and enjoyed with not water. A little sick of water, so here's my unsweetened tea.

MY PEOPLE! Book nerd here. Also, a Star Wars nerd who is very bummed out to be missing Celebration this year. :(

I live for bucket lists! My husband and I are going to the Amazon in October (a large part of why I'm just now getting myself together), so I'm just about ready to scratch one thing off The List. I want to get involved in circus arts, so will be working on strength and flexibility once I hit my initial goals.

Yes! Add me. Same goals over here.

Best thing I ever did for myself! You'll love it.

Hear, hear @aleahurst and @mbam89 Was in therapy today - a very important part of this whole process for me - and I had the realization that I've tried to lose weight lots of times, but I've never actually tried to be healthy before. It's a completely different approach for me and I see it paying off in big ways. That…

Success! I finally got into the gym both Saturday and Sunday. The diet...under calories? I'll do better at planning ahead this week and get back on track. I bought a face mask! But kind of ran out of time to do the face mask/nail painting/movie watching thing I was hoping to get to this weekend. So this is me reminding…

Hey! Mostly meatless here as well. I eat meat maybe twice a week, but other than that...lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, beans, nuts...the less processed, the better. I find myself spending A LOT of time on Pinterest looking at vegan recipes. Vegan, not vegetarian, because I'm also mostly dairy-free. So much stuff on…

Wanted a donut sooooo much this morning. I had a doctor appointment and felt like maybe I deserved one, but I repeated one of my many mantras. "You deserve to be healthy." And I went to work donut-less. Will very much enjoy going to a concert tonight and dancing a whole bunch, and maybe that will make up for the no donut.

@nickiphillips1 Oh my...our stories are so similar. A PE almost got me too. I'm often very angry at my body for breaking down on me. Resentful about how even making healthy changes is so complicated when you're on lifetime Coumadin and such. For sure, day by day and living with a fire inside is the only way to go.

Hey everyone! I love the sentiment behind this thread. I know I am changed for the better because instead of eating the gross convention food at WonderCon this year- the extremely expensive food that I never even really enjoy- I brought a salad and healthy snacks with me in my backpack. Total game changer! I don't know why…

My dog sleeps in the bed with us and wakes us up like clockwork at 6am to feed her. Depending on the day, we'll either go back to sleep or just start our day right there. So what I'm saying is...once you establish a routine, your dog might help you out a little. :)

Yep! Count me in. :)

I'll try it out!

Something that I did for myself was get a membership to a garden. After making a couple of visits, I found that it was good for fitness because of all the inclines, but also for my anxiety because it's truly a relaxed environment and honestly...not very many people around. Lots of places to sit and be still for a moment.…

I tried the early morning workout routine, but it wasn't for me. If you get honest with yourself and you come to realize you're just not a morning person and never going to be (*raises hand*), finding a routine that works for you is key. I re-prioritized my schedule so that I go 2-3 times a week after work and whenever I'm…

I am also making the transition to a more plant-based diet and actually love the focus on mindful eating. I basically live on Pinterest these days. Soups are almost always a hit. Especially something familiar like chili. Pretty much same flavor profiles across the board, so just look for a recipe with ingredients you like…

Okay. For the month of June, we'll say 2 cardio workouts and 2 strength workouts a week. Check in on Sunday and share what kind of workouts you did?

Does anyone have a good modification for the burpee if you have a knee injury? Otherwise, I love a challenge!

I requested to join and just weighed in this morning! Here's where I'm starting from in case I don't get back here today. Starting Weight: 253.4 12 Week Goal Weight: 235 Physical Goal: Slim down enough so that I don't have to ask for the seat belt extender when I go on my flight to PA in July. Nutritional Goal: get the…

Still haven't picked a venue, thus no date yet, but we're aiming for September 2016. Would love to be under 200 lbs. by the time I start trying on wedding dresses, so I'm getting a bit of a head start.

The last time I tried losing weight, it was during a somewhat terrible time in my life when I wasn't happy with where I was and the weight felt like just an extension of that. I had this weight counselor that I should probably try to contact now that I think about it. She probably felt like she was talking to a brick wall…

I weigh every day with the knowledge that I'll go up and down. I log once a week. I love the idea of taking a picture every other week. Or at least once a month. hmmm...

Fail to plan, plan to fail. These are the lunches I made a couple of nights ago. Spinach, pear, pomegranate seeds, pecans, blue cheese crumbles, raspberry vinagrette.

Accountability! I'm totally in. I'm 31, 260lbs., 5'4". My goal weight is 125lbs. I'm in a weight loss challenge at work with a really nice chunk of change as some incentive over these next couple of months, but ultimately I want to go shopping for my wedding dress next year with a little less fear.

I really wish I could love avocado the way other people do. I feel like my nutritional life would be so much easier. Texture, taste...it just doesn't work for me.

I need to lose over 100 lbs. Add me because I'd love to cheer everyone on!
