Logging Food From Restaurants
Hey Everyone, Just looking for what you do when you go out to eat at a Mom and Pop that doesn't necessarily have "generic" sort of food. I'm finding that it's a bit of nightmare to try to log these meals and even the guesstimates don't really seem right when I try. Thanks for the suggestions.

I think we're all here for accountability and support, so...let's get a challenge going! Some kind of goal to shoot for. What about 15 lbs. gone by the end of July? Or maybe a non-weight goal, like an hour workout three times a week? What kind of challenge are we up for? We have a dress to get into!

Sodium
After tracking my food for the past week, I came to the conclusion that I am taking in way too much sodium. When I think about some of my physical issues, it makes so much sense! But now I see it in text and realize I have to figure out how to get that number down. Any resources or tips to share?
