  • Yes x 3 Too tired to share details.
  • Today I am grateful for a full day; morning treadmill workout, pool time with our NZ friends, pickle ball in the afternoon, friends this evening and my UAC people/friends to report to before bed. Love my life!
  • A good day. Pickle ball and playing in the pool with my 20 month old grandson. Tracked and under calories. Yay!!
  • @Gus130 Made me laugh. Yes, nothing like having company to inspire us to do housework. That's what happened to us on Sunday night.
  • @Sandera2 This Is a tough challenge! I think your idea of only focusing until Saturday is a great strategy. Very insightful of you. Hang in there!
  • Sheesh! I have to take my first pass day. I was 161 calories over( and that's with using my one hour walk and gym/strength training exercise calories). My daughter unexpectantly called me at around 11:00 AM to see if I could meet here at Moxie's for lunch. I said yes of course because this rarely happens because she a very…
  • @am_change I like the "radiators" or "drains" analogy. I think this group is mainly radiators.
  • @Slimpossible007 Good to know that our group UAC is alive and well. We have a great, consistent, organized and passionate leader @RangerRickL which is key. We also have members who are engaged and passionate/serious about making changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Good leadership AND engaged/committed members makes for…
  • Unbelievable and super interesting to think the photo @RangerRickL shared today was taken for a Marlboro cigarette ad. I think @RangerRickL is a celebrity. Yay! ☺️ Love the irony too. Smoking versus the healthy habits we are all working on. Thanks for sharing @RangerRickL; good to see one of your horses and you in the…
  • A busy day preparing/ cleaning/cooking for our NZ friends to come to our outdoor pool and supper. We had a fun time in the pool and a lovely evening. Stayed on track and under by 97 calories. Yay!!
  • “A great leader posses a clear vision, is courageous, has integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus. He or she is a strategic planner and believes in teamwork." Thank-you @RangerRickL for taking on the reins as leader and for growing this community. Thank-you for sharing your story.
  • Did housework for an hour and up and down the stairs doing laundry( washer and dryer are in our basement). We cleaned our outdoor pool this afternoon so we are officially ready for the hot weather that is coming our way. Tracked and within calorie limit. Yay!
  • Welcome old and new challengers. I started this great group in April and have lost 6 pounds. I appreciate our leader @RangerRickL; he is inspiring, insightful and genuinely interested in helping all of us succeed. Thank-you Rick. My name is Dolores and I live in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada. Today is Canada's 150th bday…
  • What awesome accomplishments! Congrats to all who made the winner's circle. @debodom1962 I have a similar perspective. My success this month has been to consistently go to the gym twice a week and do strength training. I have never gotten into the habit of doing any kind of strength training besides playing tennis or…
  • Wow!! What a long list of Winner's Circle qualifiers. Very impressive. I didn't make the list but this group keeps me going in the right direction; down 6 pounds since I joined in April.
  • Congratulations @aeshippers!!!! Job well done. You are such a great inspiration for this group. Wow on your 160 min walk @SimonsChange! No doubt you are tired. Awesome run @phoebelayla
  • @RangerRickL Stretching feels so good! I am taking the time to do this on a more regular basis. Babysitting all 3 of my grandchildren this morning from 7:30 AM-12:30PM. That will be a workout.☺️
  • I am not in the winner's circle again this month but happy with my perseverance and results. Today I tracked, stayed within calorie limit and played 1 1/2 hours of pickle ball.
  • Somehow 95 percent of my reply did not get posted. Sheesh! Too long of a reply to redo.
  • @craigo3154 Happy Birthday
  • Babysat, played pickle ball and did a half hour cardio workout at the gym. My husband made a great casserole with cod, mixed veggies, brown rice and a can of mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Delicious!! We r trying to eat more fish.
  • @craigo3154 My husband and I were in Melbourne for the Australian tennis open this past January 2017. Loved Melbourne. Pickle ball, weights at the gym and lots of housework today.
  • My husband and I removed our sod in the front yard. Took us all day. Our lawn was getting full of quack grass. I guess 29 years is a pretty good length of time before having to replace it. Pooped but it was a great workout and being outside was awesome. Perfect weather for doing a job like this; 17 degrees Celsius, partly…
  • Got in a 6km morning walk. Yay!! We are off to Waskesui this weekend. Waskesui is a lake in northern Saskatchewan. There's a tennis tournament that my husband will be participating in. I will be hiking.
  • Happy Birthday @phoebelayla
  • Happy Belated bday @fightingthetideofaging!
  • A non-scale victory: my white pencil skirt was too tight to wear in April but for my 60th bday party June 5th it fit perfectly.
  • Fell off the wagon last week with the stresses of preparations for 2 big events and tons of babysitting. However, clean slate as of yesterday. Onward and upward. That's the key.
  • @aeshippers Sorry to hear about your sister's father-in-law. @scubachick67 "Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good." It's weigh in day today at WW. Hope I've maintain after a very busy hectic week.
  • It's been a very intense/busy week; preparations for a wedding shower and my 60th bday party plus lots and lots of babysitting. One more 1/2 day of babysitting; I will take Jack and Julie to the park, playtime at my house, lunch and then take them home. Sigh!!
