The big 6-0 party was a blast!! Thank-you for all the bday wishes. Back on track today; 60 minute morning walk, 5 hours of babysitting and 20 Minutes of gardening. I am pooped. ☺️

Good morning! Yes today is a big milestone birthday for me. I am 60!! I am grateful for my health, fitness level, friends, family and this wonderful community. 60 is the new 40? ☺️

Yikes. Hope my entire reply gets posted! Here it goes. Down 5.7 pounds since April. Pass Day today because my husband and I did mega preparations for my big milestone bday party for tomorrow.

I had a full day yesterday so went to bed without reporting in. Calories, tracking and exercise all good. Welcome to all new members. Looking forward to our June journey together. 13,506 steps today( one hour walk, housework, and 45 mins of kindermusic with my granddaughter). Tracking and within calories. Finishing May on a high note.

Took the Meyers Briggs test. I am a ISFJ-T which means my personality type is defender (we are born not just for ourselves). I think that is exactly who I am. Very interesting.

Took my 3 year old granddaughter and my 5 year old grandson swimming this morning. This afternoon I played an hour of pickle ball. Feeling good. Congratulations @pribud

I am not a procrastinator; I do not work well under pressure. Some strategies that work for me are scheduling, making lists, using a planner and having outer accountability. I am a moderator which means I go about a big task(like yard work) by doing small daily chunks of work over a long period of time ( lets say a week).…

A good day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are now my strength training days. I have joined a small gym where a few of my friends go; they are now my accountability partners for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Love that.

Out of the winner's circle for this month. Still recovering from this crazy cold. Staying on target for calories and tracking but leaving out the exercise. I actually feel like things may be turning around tonight; keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks @aeshippers for good wishes. Still under the weather( this may be a sinus infection). I will see the doctor tomorrow or Monday. Tracking but not exercising. This is Pass #3. That's how it goes when you are sick. Rest, rest and rest.

Another pass day today. Taking care of my cold. I am still tracking and within my calorie limit but no exercise. I believe rest is the best medicine. @RangerRickL happy you visited your mom. Taking care of relationships is a healthy habit.

Did well yesterday and today. Joined friends at the gym tonight; did weights. Walked 6 km both yesterday and today. On track. :)
