I usually don't eat Ramen but since my surgery, it's been a go to unless my fiancé is home to make food. I was under the impression that Chipotle was relatively low in sodium because it's all fresh and full of protein and veggies.

Your diary looks so much different than mine! I see what you mean though. Thank you so much!

This sounds amazing!

Yum! I love tacos! Can I use ground chicken or turkey instead of the red meat?
-
I use my iPhone for this and it won't let me see anything on anyone's profile unless I'm a friend.

Thanks! I'll definitely check it out.

That sounds delicious! Except I don't know what hummus and olive tapenade are lol.

Thank you.

Thanks for confirming that. I just have horrible self control when it comes to sweets because I have the biggest sweet tooth. It's hard for me to portion control sweets unless it's already portioned out.

I changed it to 0.5 per week. I'm as active as I can be considering I had surgery a month ago. And I know it's a problem, that's why I turned to these chat rooms, looking for suggestions.

So it's normal for weight loss to slow down once you lose a certain amount?

Thanks for the suggestions.

I don't wake up until 12pm and I've never been a breakfast person. Sometimes, I see the labels and decide to either eat or not eat it. But a majority of the time, I'm not hungry. I want my life to get better. That's why I started to use MFP and these chat room things to get advice from people. And I'll try to incorporate high calorie options.

Okay. Thank you.

Anything that can't be left raw and can cause someone to get sick.
-
See, I didn't know that.

Thanks for your advice. I'll look into a dietician. I never considered it before.

Junk food.

Okay. Thanks.

Thank you.
-
Thanks. I think I might just do that.

Not to be rude or anything, but what do I have to lose by not being honest? I'd only be fooling myself. I'm 100% honest in my diary. I want to lose weight and being dishonest doesn't help with that goal.
-
I know I can reach the calorie goal if I eat foods that I shouldn't. But then I look at the Nutrition tab and I'm usually over or under in some or all of the categories.
-
I really like that idea but I'm just unsure if I'd be able to eat that much food without getting sick.

The Doctor is pleased that I'm losing weight. It's kind of embarrassing to tell him I only consume 600 calories and I really don't feel like hearing a giant lecture from him.
