  • If your going to spend the money I'd get one you'd truly want. My local best buy was out of the charge HR too. We also went to target right after and they were sold out. I called early this morning and they had just gotten a shipment in so they held it for me. They have a replacement plan like best buy but $2 cheaper. Just…
  • I just got mine today. Need some friends on there so feel free to add me :) https://www.fitbit.com/user/369ZVN
  • "It's water resistant up to 10m, so you can wear it in the shower or swim with it." from Jawbones website I still do my pulse by hand as well if I question the accuracy.
  • I'm not sure about the UP3. I know it takes your resting heart rate in the AM before anything such as caffeine has a change to affect your heart rate. But during exercise I'm not positive. I also don't think fitbit has a inactivity alarm. I've looked in Polar before but really wanted something without a band because I'll…
  • From what I've seen the UP3 is good up to 10M. The guy at best buy said those were the only two heart monitors that don't use a band around the chest and that's why I'm interested in them. Just didn't know if there was more or what's better.
  • I did thank you. I track most of the time but forget now and again :)
  • Funny thing is the appetite slowed down to normal about 3-4 days after it started. When I went back to class everyone could tell she grew. I just never experienced this sudden compulsion to eat with my other two. I actually found greek yogurt helps control hunger and takes me a little longer to eat. I add extra fruit or a…
  • 1. I am not trying to diet or lose weight! 2. Just because you crave it doesn't mean you need it. You need healthly calories not just junk food. People crave things that can harm themselves or the baby. And gaining to much or too little weight can be bad for mom and baby as well especially if you aren't at an ideal weight…
  • All my blood work has come back normal. So I know it's not the anemia. Its the highest its been in 3 years. My kids are 2 and 3. The picture was from when my second daughter was born in 2011.

  • I just raised my intake to roughly 1600 and going to try eating smaller more frequent meals. I take a prenatal vitamin that I used during my pregnancies. It's the only one I can keep down. I might try adding more veggies. Couldn't hurt... I don't think it's the kids. My kids have always been good sleepers and sleep 8-10…

  • I will. I go through the same thing too. I go through periods of eating good then periods of "emotional" eating. As well as periods where I don't eat much at all. I try to log every day but sometimes forget. I guess that can be expected with two kids lol.
  • At this point it is more about the energy. The weight loss aspect would be nice but don't have high expectations for it. Coffee/espresso make me sick. Even my Adderall makes me sick but still feel drained. I'm looking into herbal stuff to hopefully give me a boost without negative side effects. I've had blood work done and…
  • I'm looking for supportive friends as well. Feel free to add me :)
  • Nice to meet everyone. This is my second time needing to lose weight. I gained weight a few years back after my grandma died and got rid of it in not so heathy ways. Now after having two kids I'm a lot bigger then I have ever been. This time I'd like to do it the right way. My husband also is trying to lose weight but is…
