  • Good for you! When I was 50 I announced the same thing and have now lost 60. , it can be done! I recommend a Fitbit or other tra kernel that communicates w Myfitnesspal so you can watch calories in and out. Less calories in and more calories out is the only way to lose weight. 3500 calories = 1 pound. Best of luck to you
