  • Look up fitnessblender- they have so many workouts and you can choose what sort and how long etc. It’ll stop it being boring if you change it up a lot! Good luck!
  • I love the SB cookbooks, I have three and we eat at least phase 3 most of the time. Back on phase 1 right now for post Xmas purge! It's the only diet I can do with my husband without him giving up. Plus when I had gestational diabetes it kept my sugars exactly where they needed to be.
  • Jalapeño Turkey Burgers and salad. Or chicken and white bean chilli.
