I do understand your point because the majority of the of the friends I once had with open dairies only loaded themseleves up with fast food & refined sugar. I'm not saying that I eat totally healthy... but you are what you eat.

Oat bran is very high in fiber. I like Hodgson Mill in which I purchase at Kroger...Dietary Fiber 6g, Soluble Fiber 3g & Total Carbs is 23g which is only 7% of your daily value.

I shop at Kroger, so what I do each week is go online and make me a grocery list of all the healthy item they have on sell that I like and purchase them and upload coupons. I also buy healthy item that has been marked down or discontined. You just have to look and bargain shop.

I don't eat 100% clean, but I do eat in moderation so if I want that candy bar, ice cream, or brownie I just work in my calorie goal.

I don't care what the name brand is.....just as long as the the ingredient is 100% Whole Wheat.

You need to bump your calorie up to 1500. When I was nursing that is how many calorie I was taking in and also recommended.

I love outdoor walking, but when the weather is too cold or too hot I do indoor walking DVDs. I am a college student and stay-at-home mom with a two year old daughter, so I don't have a lot on money or time to workout in a gym! Do this answer your question!!!

If you want to give up drinking diet soda why don't you allow yourself to drink one diet soda a day and gradually decease it to one a week, than once a month this why you will have no desire to drinking diet than trying to quit cold turkey.

Thanks you I love your input. I don't do protien bar because of the high amount of calories in them, usually after a workout I would eat a small snack such as an apple & cheese, or carrots & hummus.

I stay regular because I get my fiber from eating lots of fruits & veggies. Thank you I think that I will add more protien to my diet.
