That's not a bad time for your swim, but i dont know your age or swimming ability. If you swim for more time than the 24 min or so (i swim for 60 min average) make sure you take a drink. It may be a good idea to have some dextrose in it for the instant energy. You will burn off those calories quickly and a lot more on top…

that's a good idea.. So create new listing for an existing food with all blank except for Potassium. When entering a food item select the listing in the normal way then add the potassium only version. Use the meal function to package the two items together! Thanks!
