Hmmm...maybe it's not for me then. Because I'm not really looking to follow a food plan or anything. I'm quite happy with what I eat already and I'm doing the 5:2 on and off. I only wanted to go to a group for motivation, make some slimming buddies...thanks for the info!

It's more for motivation really. Like if I know I'm gonna be weighed every week it will make me determined to weigh less every week. I think in some ways losing weight is hard when doing it alone but if I'm in a room full of people who want the same thing that's got to be motivating, right?
