I am curious about this also. For instance, I logged an exercise in the UP app which showed I burned 478 calories (consistent with the HRM I'm testing), but then I go over to MFP and it shows I've only earned 220 calories of exercise. I think part of the reason it changes throughout the day is due to overall # steps taken.…

Have you ever tried on your ankle for all day? I have little kids who I frequently carry:)
