Difficult and Gut Bustter Workouts are probably inaccurate
I've been comparing a heart rate monitor to my UP24 b/c despite a calorie deficit I just wasn't losing, plus I was curious :) working out my hardest (Tabata, Insanity, Turbo Fire classes in a gym, pulse 160-180 bpm) is only equivalent to the in the zone calorie burn on UP.
