My PT would say you hit a plateau and need to shock your body. Try switching up tour diet or your work out. If you only cardio, do some weight training or if you only weight train, try some hiit.

Please add me. I need some motivation and support. I'm 215 and would love to lose at least 30lbs. Ideally I see myself at 140 if I had to pick a number but we will see.

I started at 225ish and am at 215ish. I think I would like to get to 140 as a goal weight but I don't even know what that's going to look like on me. So I think it's kinds go with the flow until you feel your best. I might want to be less once I hit that weight or I might feel comfortable there.
