Me too, gradually I eat all my carbs throughout my day. I'm not sure I could stomach more than 60-70g in each meal...

Take a weeks rest, increase carbs & start again but maybe reduce activity levels!

I started in January using a 10kg barbell to perform various squats & deadlifts. Now my 5RM is around 60kg for both! Find a weight that's comfortable and add around 2.5kg per week

I cannot remember the last time I had a takeaway or a form of fast food! I'd rather spend my money on buying fresh nutritious food to cook at home & enjoy a weekly meal out with my husband in a restaurant that serves decent quality!

We are taking some resistance bands on our holiday & will be continuing to do short runs when the Sun is down incorporating some Tabata still workouts!

I train early 4 times a week at 5.30am at my gym, I find a good early night before with a decent amount of carbs (oats) fuels me up for the morning.

Eating nutritious food makes such a difference! I'd much rather eat a meal of 500 nutritious calories compared to 2 mars bars! Oh I do have treats, it's all about moderation & balance!

Lift heavy weights and you'll notice a difference! I train my legs really hard 2 times a week and I'm seeing huge differences! No wobble!!
