Day/Weight/Comment 4/18 158 pounds, plan to go to the gym today no matter how tired I feel after work. 4/19 157.4 pounds, ok didn’t make to the gym last night but went out for a run 35mins. Gym this am to do weights for an hour. Tomorrow won’t record my why as doing a colonoscopy prep.

Starting tomorrow on the road travelling home. Push-ups aren't my farorite so this will be a great challenge to work on!
