  • Aldi (if you have one in you area) has a decent selection of GF at very good prices. I mostly buy them for my daughter but they have cereals, bars, pretzels, cookies, wraps, breads (soy in those), prepackaged frozen foods that I haven't tried but they have a good selection.

  • Be sure you are getting enough quality protein (use a protein intake calculator) and fat then eat a lot of vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, celery, etc, (not root veggies) they have very low calorie counts and they fill you up. You can do fun and tasty things to make then more interesting.
