It's designed by an instructor at the gym. I'm not sure how many calories a day I'm eating, that's why I just downloaded the app. I suspected maybe I was eating less calories than I should. I'll start the calorie tracking tomorrow.

Yeah, I am. I was very overweight when I first joined the gym. Then I lost 30Ib in about 3 months. After that I started a new working out plan, one to build up muscles. But it's not going anywhere, so far..
