  • Yeah, I am.
I was very overweight when I first joined the gym. Then I lost 30Ib in about 3 months. After that I started a new working out plan, one to build up muscles.
But it's not going anywhere, so far..

It's designed by an instructor at the gym.
I'm not sure how many calories a day I'm eating, that's why I just downloaded the app.
I suspected maybe I was eating less calories than I should.
I'll start the calorie tracking tomorrow.

Are you here for advice or to just vent?

One thing leads to another, I believe.
    But for advice, primarily.

Improve on all these lifts and muscle will come. Your appetite will also go through the roof when doing these exercises.

Eat more. And embrace carbs. That was my problem, especially after two years of counting calories.

You won't get bigger in a deficit. Reread that. And again.

GoneGosu is spot on, listen to those words. And EAT MORE.
