  • I was eating Paleo for a few weeks in an attempt to lose weight because it worked for a friend but it just didn't cause weight loss for me. I was eating a lot of calories and carbs though so there wasn't really a deficit of things. (just no grains or beans) Probably right around my TDEE because I didn't gain or lose. I…
  • My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds to reach my goal weight. I don't have a deadline, but I'd love to support each other!
  • I'd love to join you all! I'm also trying to lose stubborn baby weight and it's also harder doing MFP this time around. I wonder if it's my age, metabolism or what. Either way... I have lost a pound or two so I know it's working, just slowly!

  • Thank you! I've been wondering if maybe eating a bit more might help. I've always had a decently fast metabolism so 1200 is pretty low for me. I lost a lot of weight in college doing 1500. Of course I was 21 then... Lol.
  • Thanks for your reply! I agree food is part of the fun... For me it's just keeping myself from over-indulging. Hard to do, but I know it's possible. You are so right about the "have to try everything" mentality at buffets. Have fun on your vacation in March!
