Thanks I'll look into that.

Typically I don't give my binge moments any thought until after its already happened. I go from 0-60 pretty quick.

I already drink lots of water but I'll give those other ones a shot!! Thanks!!

I feel like acknowledgement has helped me too but I'm still having episodes. I feel helpless at time and o feel gross and ashamed after each binge. I never used to be like this, it just started about a year ago. I feel like I have a lot more stress in my life and at times of high stress I turn to food. But I usually wait…

This has been going on for months, even before I started tracking my calories again. It's part of the reason I came back to MFP. I've gained 20lbs in about 6months. Since being back on I've dropped 10lbs but I'm still bingeing. :(

The issues is that these binges are never planned

I'll try sticking to a designated maintenance day and see if that works.

Mostly vegan, occasional free range egg here and there. But you can add me!

Carbs are not the enemy as long as you eat the right ones. White pasta, bread and rice should be avoided but carbs from veggies and fruit are perfectly fine. If you do eat a "bad" carb just eat it with proton and fiber. The issue with carbs is how your body digests and processes them so as long as you have protein and…

Welcome, you can add me!! Always looking for new Friends.

I would only suggest drinking protein shakes in the morning if you work out 4-5 times a week. If you don't they can actually make it harder to loose weight. Most of those protein shakes are garbage. I'd find a plant based one if you do want to try it. Plant protein is very healthy for you. The bad thing about not eating…

Green tea and lemon water, I drink lemon water cold some people drink it hot but I can't stand it. Also just making sure you drink lots of water in general. Eating the right carbs, think fruits and veg, and less of the garbage carbs, breads and pasta. You get a boost from caffeine but you also crash hard from it, which is…

I've been finding it tricky to find soups without sneaky animal ingredients or a lot of sodium. Any tips??

I have actually have a slow cooker, I can't believe I haven't thought to use it. Before I went vegan I used it often but it's been neglected since I made the switch. I'll have to bring it out and dust it off. Thanks for the tip.

Recently I've added free run/range eggs into my diet, I don't think it will be an all the time thing. Maybe just a carton a couple times a year. I've gone so long without them. So to be more specific I'm 99% vegan, 1% Ovo-vegetarian. I'm also a bit of a "junk food" vegan. I'm not against fake meats and dairy substitutes.

Avocados, nuts, olive oil and coconut oil are all good ones.

You want to go with the food that's less processed and stripped of nutrients. Probably the one with less added sugar. The first ingredient on the apple jacks box is sugar. Mostly likely white refined sugar. The sugar on the Kashi is Cane syrup which is less processed and better for you. I'd go Kashi 100%. Calories are not…

As a vegan protein has been one of the easiest things to get. You just have to eat the right foods. I have a harder time with calcium and iron most days. But occasionally I use hemp protein.
-
You look fantastic!! Way to go!!

It might be hard to find something that doesn't have a taste. Instead maybe try to mask the taste. I use pure cranberry juice or pure lemon juice in my smoothies. I use hemp protein which does have a very " green " taste but really you get used to it. Also try some apple pineapple and ripe banana they seem to help cover…

Well, I've recently incorporated the occasional egg back into my diet. But other then that. Plant based eater.

Also limit alcohol. Alcohol causes stress on your liver. When your liver is working over time it disrupts your metabolism. Maybe also add a probiotic and fiber to your diet. Both of those things help clean out your intestinal track and keep it running smoothly. I use Prana probiotic Chia seeds, you can sprinkle it on food…

Depending on how long you've been at, you should switch up your workouts. HIT work outs can actually cause stress on your body, releasing stress hormones contributing to weight gain. You shouldn't do HIT training for more then three months at a time. You should always eat your calorie goal and don't be afraid to go a bit…
