I know I need to move and I actually go to the gym twice a week for about two hours and I do crunches, lunges and sit ups at home, but unfortunately I have too much studying and lessons, so more than half of my day requires me to be sat down. I try to move as much as I can.

Thanks a lot to all of you. I actually tried having a calorie deficit and I started running more and I have seen a big change, not only on my thighs but on my whole body too.
