I like to do one scoop of protein powder, vanilla or chocolate, with 1 cup almond milk a banana and one cup of frozen berries. Or same recipe take out the berries add one tbsp of all natural peanut butter and some ice. These are my go to.

For breakfast I do a protein drink with one cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of powder, and a cup of berries. Make sure you check the protein powder some are high carb high sugar. I use blubonnets.
