  • I like to do one scoop of protein powder, vanilla or chocolate, with 1 cup almond milk a banana and one cup of frozen berries. Or same recipe take out the berries add one tbsp of all natural peanut butter and some ice. These are my go to.

  • For breakfast I do a protein drink with one cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of powder, and a cup of berries. Make sure you check the protein powder some are high carb high sugar. I use blubonnets.
