When I don't pre-log for the day and I end up going over, it usually could've been avoided by cutting down on the condiments. I'm a condomentaholic. I count them

Yeah, my husband and many of my friends all tell me I'm obsessive and that "normal people" don't weigh and write down everything they eat. I get all of my motivation and support at my gym and on MFP...and I'm OK with that.

Thank you so much for the kind words. It's coming off slowly...and nicely...and I'm being patient this time

Thanks all!

Second biggest NSV...wearing a size 12 pair of cropped jeggings today! hahaha

Thank you thank you!
-
Thank you all! My biggest NSV this week is this post! I'm noticing it the most in my shrinking double chin! LOL!! I have never felt so good in my life!

Thank you!! I wonder why they put the plunger out by the sinks at my job!!(?) ... I'll have to investigate.
-
Don't mind the plunger that looks like it's coming out of my butt!

I love how you typo'd it to say "pooped" and "poped" lol ... I just looked at Pop Secret's website. Confusing!

I have wide feet, plantar fasciitis, and just generally f'd up feet from 2.5 decades of dance. I've tried brand after brand after brand, in upwards of $180...and I always go back to Saucony. Amazing, affordable, reputable athletic footwear. Got my last pair for $49.99

The symptoms you're describing are parts of my symptoms living with acid reflux & IBS. If that's what it is, don't worry. It's manageable, especially once you figure out your worst triggers. Unfortunately, that takes some serious trial & error. But, as everyone else said...go to your doctor. :)

I'd say, "Wow. What are the odds I'd run into you in a coffee shop after answering a question on MFP about what I'd say to you if I ran into you in a coffee shop?!"

The equation isn't like 2+2=4 because weight loss isn't linear & everyone is different. But the basic concept is still a basic math equation... It's like one of those "if this, then that" type of equations. If CI < CO, then weight loss occurs. If you think about it that way, That equation is consistent. Every time.

My trainer also told me, "You can sneak snacks here and there and decide not to log little bites of this and that, but even if you're not keeping an accurate food diary in a journal or online, your body keeps one." I think about this ALL THE TIME... like last night. My son ate some of his chicken nuggets. I devoured the…

You're welcome. (Now, every time I struggle with my own journey, I can just read what I wrote, lol!)

sounds like normal weight fluctuation. I usually don't weigh daily, but sometimes I hop on the scale just for fun and maybe to figure out trends. On Sunday, I was 4lbs "up" from what I was on Friday, and today I'm 2lbs "down" from Sunday. lol.

Core worked for me before pregnancy. Now? Not so much. The "eat as much of any of this until you feel full" just caused me to binge on "healthy" foods and not lose weight, because it's all down to calories in, calories out. If you're good with portion control, I think Simply Filling is a great plan. I love love love WW,…

Actually, that averages out to 1.4lbs a week, so maybe I'm not so slow after all lol
-
14lbs in 10 weeks... I'm a slow loser, lol.

I know you probably think, "ok, everyone's giving me these "typical" "easy" answers that I've heard a million times before," but it's because they are the absolute truth. It took me a LONG time to realize this and have my epiphany moment. Seriously. Soak it in now, and not after a decade of crazy yo-yo'ing and trying to…

Mathematically, it works, but if you're feeling tired, your body is telling you something, and I've learned that we need to listen to our bodies. For me, I've found that a lack of fuel results in: 1- a general unwell feeling 2- grumpiness 3- decreased productivity at work 4- less quality play time with my son 5- half-a**ed…
