  • I'm eating a bowlful of broccoli to counteract wanted to emotionally eat right now. I try to fill up on something healthy, if I still want something junky at least it would be less.
  • I wish there was a way to differentiate between naturally occurring sugars and added. Healthy fruits and veggies are so good for you. Of course you have to keep your sugar in take in mind. I just hate seeing when it goes red, but I know I did well.
