Lol. No but sometimes feel it! I just started again on a cut. I was doing a gain for muscle growth & got to the point where I felt I needed to get more fat off. (So i can see more muscle). My main concern is that I eat enough (and the right foods) to keep me going while still losing. Thanks for the help!! :smiley:
