Yep, SL for sure. Coming from a 40+yo mom of 5 who had no lifting experience at all. And was deathly afraid of the gym & now thinks I own it :D And I can lift more than my hubby!

For a cheap option, danskin underwire from walmart $12, under the smooth Academy sports brand $10. I was a 36 F and they didn't move & I'm a runner. ;) Sadly I'm now a 32 C. :'(

Thanks for the advise! I workout early 5am, can't eat before or i puke :/ I do drink a protein shake within 30-40 minutes after, and breakfast after that. I really appreciate all the help! Yeh I don't log my water. Thats all I drink except for my coffee/tea days. So atleast 80oz per day. I too noticed my sodium was high, think I'm trading my love a sweets for love of salt :/ Could that be affecting my energy levels?

New here as well, new to running (3rd month) about to finish c25k. Did 17m in April, 35m in may. I didn't keep up in the moving May group so I'm trying again here. Hoping to do 50 miles in June.
