help with increasing weekly miles
Sorry if this has been asked a gazillion times, still learning & new here. I run 3-4 days a week, 2 or 3 2.5mile runs & 1 3.5mile run. I'm wanting to know how much more I should do. Add another day or add to current days. Goal is for a 5k to be super easy, daily just for fun run & to completely run a 10k. Speed is not a…

So I did a 5k Saturday & was able to run (slowly) the whole thing. I'm on w5d1 should i just keep following the app? Or just try to run 3miles on my run days?

routine help
I do SL every other day, and I run/jog/walk (2-3miles) on the days I don't lift. I'm trying to increase my endurance for an upcoming 5k. Would running 1-1.5 miles on my lifting days be too much? And if not, should that be done before or after lifting. Fyi: Also trying to loose fat, look leaner & eating at a deficit. Thanks…

opinions please
Not sure if I'm pushing myself hard enough. I'm on week 12 of lifting & 6 months since stating gym. This is what I do & where I'm at.... 4x aweek- weights. 3x aweek cardio Squat- 215lbs Deadlifts- 190lbs Rows- 90lbs OH press- 70lbs Bench- 90lbs I'm a 40+ female, 167lbs, 5'8"
