Not sure if I'm pushing myself hard enough. I'm on week 12 of lifting & 6 months since stating gym. This is what I do & where I'm at....
4x aweek- weights. 3x aweek cardio
Squat- 215lbs
Deadlifts- 190lbs
Rows- 90lbs
OH press- 70lbs
Bench- 90lbs
I'm a 40+ female, 167lbs, 5'8"

A 215lb squat with a 190lb deadlift and 90lb bench doesn't really add up. Are you referring to Barbell Squats? If so film yourself and make sure you are going all the way to parallel as that is an unbelievable lift for 12 weeks!
Your lifts seem reasonable for 12 weeks. As long as you are making progress body wise or strength wise you are fine!0 -
I guess a little more specifics would help. Overall goals are, first to be healthier. I also want to be strong & look lean & have defined muscels. I started on a cut this past week because with everything I've read that seemed to be what was needed to acheive those results, eventually.
I started doing the SL 5x5 12 weeks ago. My oldest son (who lifts) helps me & checks my form for me regularly, so I'm confident my form is great.
I've followed the app 100%0
