Anyone willing to look at my diary to make sure im eating the right percentages for losing Fat while ligting heavy 4x per week & cardio 3x a week? Thanks :)

    I only see two days but you hit your calorie goals on both so that's fine.

    However I have a feeling you aren't actually 109 years old...

    Lol. No but sometimes feel it! I just started again on a cut. I was doing a gain for muscle growth & got to the point where I felt I needed to get more fat off. (So i can see more muscle). My main concern is that I eat enough (and the right foods) to keep me going while still losing.

    As long as you reach as close to your daily calorie totals (try not to go less or more) and as long as your calorie goals are not exceptionally low you should lose fairly consistently.
