Have you tried green smoothies? They are a great way to get more veggies into your diet! My favorite is 1cup almond milk (no sugar) 1banana 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 20 peanuts or a Tbsn of nut butter 2-4 cups of spinach I tween it here and there for more or less calories, but it is soo good! Good luck on your creations!
