I make breakfast burritos on the weekend and freeze them. Super easy, fast and delicious! Pop one in the micro for 2 mins and out the door I go!

Spaghetti squash spaghetti made with chicken sausage, pita pizza, chicken chorizo tacos, bbq chicken pitas, chicken feta spinach burgers...these are our favorites, all of which take less than 30 mins to prepare!

Spaghetti squash with homemade tomato sauce and chicken breast is our favorite. We make most everything "clean" by just substituting everything processed with fresh and homemade ingredients.

I would suggest using a tablespoon or so of water just so the veggies don't stick to your pan.

Creole, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, cumin, tumeric, ginger, chili powder, italian seasoning, cilantro, and smoked paprika are all staples in our home. The garlic goes in EVERYTHING! !
