if you want to be safe, you can hit your TDEE and assume that anything you do in the gym puts you in a deficit. thats what worked for me to get shredded. plus, what Ivyrose8 said is also a really good idea.

raw is definitely the most accurate, but as long as you're consistent, you should be gucci! i used to worry about this too... which is why i use Pam calorie free non stick spray to minimize additives.

why 14%?... i would recommend cutting until you're happy with the results. no reason why you can't get shredded... everyone can!

good job! A trick is to drop fats and increase carbs with out moving calories. You can stay at those calories if you're in a deficit, but I would recommend increasing carbs, while dropping your fats down slowly. You can go as low as 15% of your total diet with out seeing hormonal change... while keeping calories the same.…
