  • I did insanity.. but like T25 better. Seems like a bit more balanced and streamlined version of Insanity.
  • Turned 40 last July. Feel no different and weigh the same as when I was 25(about 15lbs too heavy still) .... darn grey in my sideburns and crows feet giving my age away though!
  • 170 cal Wendy's chili with onions.. 160 cal premier protein(costco) blended with a little ice.. gets frothy like a malt, delicious and filling! Miller Lite.. 96 calories, only takes one on a low calorie diet :smile:
  • Hold at 1300-1500 cals a day. Add T25 5-6 days a week and you should be dropping 2'ish lbs a week at least. If your putting all the effort into the diet which really is the most difficult part then really try to up the workouts and I recommend T25 because in my experience it seems to be one of the easiest to follow calorie…
