  • I'm totally an emotional eater and over the past few weeks I'm finding that I'm secret eating, eating a "little portion of the kids dinner" then telling my hubby I haven't eaten yet and eating with him

  • I cook it off and leave to cool and then add chopped coriander, tomatoes, onion and cucumber and a dressing of lemon juice, teaspoon of mint sauce and loads of black pepper... Sometimes I add a but of fresh chopped chilli too.
