Aloha, everyone! I’m 5’9 and 211. Currently looking to get to onederland! Almost 10 months postpartum, and still breastfeeding. Had 3 babies in 4 years...so I’ve been yo-yoing a lot the past few years. Looking for some friends to help keep me accountable and remind me that I’m human when I mess up! ❤️

Yoga does help!! I haven’t done it in so long, but like you, found it relaxing! And bread is the devil. Haha

Absolutely agree. You can't lose what you don't put into your body. For me, personally, moving has been a struggle with four previous knee surgeries. But little by little, I'm seeing a difference with just moving more. But nutrition is key.
