Hi, guys!

I am here...again...with a smaller goal in mind. The last time I logged into MFP, I weighed 217. That was 2 years ago. I’ve had 3 babies in 4 years, and I’m currently almost 10 months postpartum. I’m looking for people with similar goals and similar builds. Looking to lose 12 pounds with a 1.5 lb. weight loss goal per week. Striving for onederland! I’m also still breastfeeding. I’m 5’9” and 211 currently.

If you have similar goals in mind, I need some encouragement and motivation! Thanks for reading and happy aloha Tuesday! 🌈

Hi, I had baby number 3 coming up to 3 years ago, however he was so poorly we spent a very long time in hospital, so my body took a beating from hospital food, takeaway cos getting in late at night, I'm 5.1 and 13 stone!! I'm.taking things slow started yoga in a morning and found it refreshing, so far I've kept my goal of aiming to loose 1lb a week. I have found bread is my worst enemy so I've cut back on how much I have. I do let myself have a treat day to help, feel free too add me x

Yoga does help!! I haven’t done it in so long, but like you, found it relaxing! And bread is the devil. Haha
