At least I tracked. I was 600 calories over my goal. Tomorrow is going to be another challenging day. I don't know why it's so hard to eat well at parties. It's not like I don't have a lot to choose from. Any tips?

I have mine set to lose 0.5 lbs per week. I can hit the goal easily if I exercise, but I really have to pay attention all day and plan to make it work on rest days. And I tracked today. 7 in a row

@chixwithglasses I tend to stay away from complicated salads just because they are so difficult to log. Haha

I try to do that too @irisgal345. After a workout, I am back to a calorie count below the goal. I really only try to pay attention to that, what other nutrition stats do you all pay attention to?

I entered in all of my lunch since I packed. I am already over for sugar and I only have 484 calories left for the rest of the day. I should not have eaten that banana bread this morning! Oh well, now I feel extra motivated to get to the gym!

I tracked today. One big mistake (ice cream) followed by a healthy, light dinner kind of evened out. Looking forward to this extra accountability. How's everyone else doing?

Yes, @lisamware1 I have a desk job too. It doesn't help anything to sit for so long!! I am on my way to a friends house for dinner right now... We'll see how I do...

I am trying to eat something every three hours or so, 6 9 12 3 6 9, so I guess that's six meals a day. I run into trouble when I go to someone else's house for a party or even just dinner. I just control myself when there is a lot of good yummy food around. To control this, I suppose I am going to try to drink more water…

Sounds like exactly what I am looking for. I just started tracking again today after a hiatus of a few weeks because I found the courage to step on the scale to assess the damage. Do we need to have friends to join the challenge?

Hi. I am Erica. Same situation here. I have gained back 10 lbs in the last month from overeating, mostly at summer gatherings. I am at 138, and would like to be at 128. So much for beach body...
