Today is my 11th day on MFP and I have lost 3 kg in 11 days just by staying under my calorie goal. So far it has been a wonderful experience. Added people with similar goals on MFP. Inspiring each other, sharing experiences with each other brought such a positive change to my life and myself. I am feeling happy andβ¦

Today I am a bit emotional. Sad. I got a bad news from a colleague over phone. I don't want my sadness to trigger my emotional eating. Last 10 days have been great. I want to continue being happy and positive.

Thank you guys. You are right if it's gonna make us feel worse later, it is not happiness. When I am struggling emotionally, food seems like a way out which it's not. I do realize that. I am trying to change that by diverting my mind to other stuffs. One of the things that's working for me is sharing my experiences andβ¦

True! I try to keep in touch with people who are on similar journey. I get inspiration from them. Still mind plays its tricks but I think if I keep focusing on the positive changes, even my mind will get used to it.

Totally agree with what you said. I feel like I deserve to do what makes me happy which is binge eating loads of crap.. But later I feel even worse for gaining all that weight I had lost before.

Hey! My problem is whenever I am sad or stressed or anything I turn to food. Food comforts me. I need to find another way to keep myself happy. Right now I am eating lesser calories than required. I am not setting big goals. I am not giving myself a timeframe or anything. I am just making small changes. Trying to stayβ¦
