yes that is what i started doing, i added flax seed meal to my smoothies and oats.. as well i take a probiotic pill every morning. As well, I have activia now.

I already do all of that, i workout everyday.. and i am told i drink to much water which is bazaar !

yes they do fit in my log, i actually had about 300 calories left over from yesterday

i am eating about 900 - 1,000 calories per day.. and a lot of the calories can be sweets sometimes
