Hey guys!! I'm currently 21 weeks. I hadn't worked out or anything until the last couple days because my morning sickness/HG has been so bad. I'm already overweight, and have gained about 10 pounds so my OB has given me the all clear to track at "maintenance" then up it around my 3rd trimester!

Im starting stronglifts 5×5 tomorrow! Ive been doing a lot of research. Its a great "total body" lifting program!

Give yourself a cheat day, either once a week or once every two weeks where you have pizza. Just dont over do it. Stay within your calories, only have a piece or two.

Congrats on the new baby - mommyhood can be stressful, but oh so rewarding! :) I have an 18 month old and am still trying to lose the "baby weight." ;)

I used to work for elitefts.com and I really like the resistance bands they sell. They dont have handles, but work really well, and you can get a whole pack for a decent price.

I've used the misfit with both and iPhone and a droid & personally I like it with the droid a lot better! It syncs so much faster!
