Managed to squeeze in a 5km run today so I'm at 12k for the week. Only 10 to go and I'm at my goal

First day of October. My goal this month is to run 22km a week, so that's 88km for the month. Hoping to do my first 8km this afternoon when the husband gets back from his overnight hiking trip.

This is my exact problem. One step forward, one step back so going nowhere. I exercise lots during the weekend so I hope this counteracts the over eating. Probably bad logic!

I'm 4kg away from my goal

I'm 165cm (5ft 4) and my goal weight is 60kg (132lb). I reached that goal a couple of years ago after my second child but the weight has slowly crept back on. I felt good when I was that weight, except my boobs shrunk and haven't come back :( I do a lot of running and have fairly good muscle tone

Hi, I have a question related to this. I'm doing a 30 ab and squat challenge but it's not registering any calories burned. I have to do 95 squats today so surely that will burn a few calories! Should I be putting them under cardio rather than strength training?
