  • Yesterday we went to a new restaurant that people have been raving about. Their shakes are crazy. I will post pictures. To say the least I went way over calories!

  • @jugar This is the Gazelle, it is very low impact and folds up. I paid $20 for it at a yard sale. Not sure if it really burns a lot of calories but it gets me moving!
  • I have a hard time with colors too. My daughter picked hers and it’s a light blue. Very pretty! Have several people look at your colors and see what the majority vote is! Good luck!

  • Thanks my favorite Aunt! The girls switched rooms and Marie’s now room really needed to be painted and it’s huge! I got half of it done and now the other half which didn’t happen today. Took a Sunday afternoon nap! But I have all week!

  • I have been working hard this week with my food intake and exercise. I am determined to see that scale go down! Y’all are great with the support. Tonight at church we are having a fish fry so I plan on getting my portion, eating and walking away!
