    Frantic / Frentic Friday

    (the following actually DID happen this morning, by the way)

    (wails in not-quite-mock-dispair) How can it be Friday?!? It's supposed to be SATURDAY!!! I turned of the alarm (which MUST have been set in error last night), rolled over .... 'cause it's SATurday .... and got poked an hour and a half later to be told it's after 7:00 .... soo? it's Saturday.... noooooo, it's FRIday!

    W H A T !?!?!?!?!? (rush rush rush rush an hour and a half behind my comfortably paced morning routine .....)

    Have you ever had One of Those Days .... and the day hasn't even STARTED yet? How did it end up working out for you?

    What was your take-away Lesson(s) Learned from the experience?

    Not too late at all - we are more relaxed now, except for SATURDAY which everyone will have to be very prompt. @Navydaddjtc and I will tally the scores and review the play-by-play to post the results first thing on Sunday.

    @Kittu125 - do you have steps and/or workouts for Sunday? I seem to be missing your steps, and we'd love to put in some scores for Sunday for baseball too.

    1. @jugar 60 minutes = triple
    2. @jlbtnc 45 minutes + 10,080 steps = double double
    3. @sue_01 60 minutes, 15,711 steps = triple triple
    4. @micki48 35 minutes, 8362 steps = single single
    5. @Kittu125 60 + 20 minutes, 18,173 steps = HR + triple
    6. @fourathomej 45 run+35 PIYO+10,348 steps = double single double

    We started with one runner on 3rd. So this comes up to 9 RUNS and @fourathomej is on 1st ready for tomorrow.
    WE ARE KILLING THIS!

    Any stats you have for last SUNDAY are needed! We can't let those other teams have a full day on us...

    I may have forgot to mention I was heading to Dallas this week for business. I like letting you all know so no one thinks I've abandoned ship. I still track my food but I don't get a chance to jump online most days. I have to go back and catch up on all that's happened with the group this past week.

    As usual travel and eating out were not my friend and the numbers show it. Darn!.

    They always count! Have a fantastic time in Dallas and we look forward to hearing your news when you get back. Travel is always difficult for eating well - you'll get back in the groove upon your return, I'm sure. I was in a position at the university with tons of international travel, receiving delegations, etc. for 6 years and got up to the highest weight of my life. It is tough! But you'll work it off later - good luck!
