    OK CAPTAINS
    THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME CONFUSION AMONG THE RANK AND FILE
    IF YOU EXERCISE ON THE TREADMILL FOR CARDIO OR EXERCISE THAT IS COUNTED AS AN EXERCISE
    NOW THOSE STEPS THAT YOU BUILT UP DURING THAT EXERCISE AND THE STEPS YOU GET FOR THE REST OF THE DAY COUNTS AS YOUR STEPS TOTAL IN THE STEP CATEGORY.... SO IT'S POSSIBLE IN ONE DAY THAT YOU COULD HIT 2 HOME RUNS OR GO FOR THE CYCLE

    EXAMPLE:.....
    NAVYDADDJTC 12000 STEPS = DOUBLE
    NAVYDADDJTC THOSE 12000 STEPS AT ABOUT 60 MIN. = TRIPLE
    SO I SCORE 1 RUN AND IS STRANDED AT 2ND UNTIL TOMORROW

    ANY QUESTION??

    So steps count double for some of the time? Sweet!

    Baseball team! Be clear! Give me your full step count for the day, whether or not they were part of a workout/exercise session. Then also give your exercise/workout minutes which might include some of exercise that created those steps in your day's total. Total Steps. then Total Minutes of workout or fitness exercise. Let's score some runs, ok?

    Get those totals in - don't worry too much if it isn't by 11 pm. I'll get up early tomorrow to make sure that @Navydaddjtc has the scorecard by the time he stirs and starts tallying all the things.

    Hopefully the rule about steps is clear! You do not have to separate steps into "normal every day" and "intentional exercise". Just the total steps for the day, and then the minutes you did something really exercise-y. Thanks!

    Please get your stats in, though. Or you get a strike out! If you need a rest day, let me know the day before so I can give you a "bunt".

    3 hours and 47 minutes of exercise

    Fit bit picked up a general workout of 1 hour 47 minutes at 3:30 then after my granddaughter left, I did two hours in the garden!!!

    Still working on steps.

    Tonight I exercised for 45 minutes and walked 20 minutes, and my steps so far are 10,556

    As I remember you posted a number of steps that was under the # for a single. If you posted it as a 30 minutes of workout I didn't see that! Sometimes messages get caught in the page change crunch, but I went back and looked and didn't see it... It isn't too late to change it - let me know!

    Today I have 3 hours and 47 minutes of exercise.

    AH. OK - I'll fix yesterday (it hasn't been put up on the score card yet, so no worries! And today was brilliant.

    @jugar - for baseball team

    Here are steps of the day- 25000 steps with 60 minutes of warrior sculpt and 45 minutes of Zumba plus 15 minutes stair stepper.

    Please note the steps for April step challenge for our team. You are probably already doing that. Thanks !

    Total I have 200 active minutes today but that include walking + Zumba+warrior sculpt+ stair stepper.

    Final tally already in! TUESDAY 10 runs and @fourathomej is on 2nd base to start tomorrow (the umpire will give the final scoring - this is my best guess!)

    1. @jugar 60 minutes = triple
    2. @jlbtnc 65 minutes, 10,000 steps = triple + double
    3. @sue_01 60 minutes = triple
    4. @micki48 3 hours 47 minutes = home run (120 minutes) + triple (60) + single (45)
    5. @Kittu125 25,000 steps plus 120 minutes workout = 2 home runs
    6. @fourathomej 14,191 steps plus 120 plus 90 minutes = a double and 2 home runs
