My body pump class doesn’t do any cardio. We use weights the entire class, so I log it under circuit training.

Looking at everyone’s calories mine is very high. I’m at 1860. I exercise 6 days a week for 30 minute minimum and I don’t eat my workout calories.

I would go to the health app then and check the settings listed under MFP under sources. I initially had mine synced for steps and not workouts so I was missing my weekly workouts. I hope that helps....
